Well this one may be hard cuz I rarely remember some bits of the plot but i widh someone could know.
It is a yaoi manga abt a cold man who does it with millions of men and i guess is a yakuza. He has an underling or someone who works with him who may like him a bit and he usually sucks the uke up most of the time. This underling or workmate has a sister but not full sister who likes him and has done it with countless men even his father. She is cold and has no feelings when it comes to sex, but when he one time suddenly came and saw Her having sex with his father she was shocked and extremely destroyed.
