OH MY GOD Kengo wasn't angry about the plane! He was angry because he didn't want the uke to get hurt!!! He made the face both when he thought the uke almost got hurt and when he left he can't express his feelings because his parents are never around so he was never loved, the uke getting hurt (aka if the uke died he would be alone) so he made the face and then when the uke left him alone he made the face agaim. He thinks the uke hates him so he just pretends he doesn't care about him.
