Well.. from my point view i think the seme didn't love the uke at all before and always think that the uke is a covenient sex patner but he develop some feeling for the uke but he doesn't want to admit it and keep going with their relationship until he's jealous and he got caught up in his emotion and started to rape the uke because he's angry because he always thinks that the uke is his alone no one else and after this their relationship will get worse because the seme knows that he can't fix this relationship anymore (the seme is the type of person that couldn't express/show/tell his love to others even to the guy he loves because of some trauma maybe(?))
