I feel like Manami knows about the relationship or has an inkling about it. And I think Takahiro is either oblivious to what's in front of him, or he already knows about Misaki and Usagi-san and is putting it off for a chapter twister later on and is hoping to break them apart to give more drama to the story line. But what I love the most about the last chapter was that Takahiro was so happy about his "little brother and best friend" being so close, and the next page is a sex scene.
