Hmm, I personally have two ad block programs and a site block program installed - have not had a problem - maybe you need another ad-blocker?
I tend to have less ads if I right-click and open in new tab rather than open things directly.

How safe is myreadingmanga? I never had a problem with the site before, but recently the site will open tabs to some sketchy fashion sites and dating sites. This happens whenever I click to the next page of a manga that I'm reading. Should I be concerned? I do have ad block installed.
