What's to get? You don't have to identify as a specific sexuality to enjoy reading and/or watching stories about that sexuality. Like consider. Do you think gay guys and lesbians like movies and TV shows about heterosexual couples? Or do they strictly limit their entertainment choices to only those things that feature their own sexuality? Of course they don't. So why should it be different for heterosexuals? Why limit yourself that way? And just because you don't get it doesn't mean other people have your same hangups.

You don't have to be a gay/bi man to read yaoi sex scenes. You only need an open-mind to read them. Some of the girls here read yuri but are still straight so your logic and @Arianna don't make sense at all. Oh come on, if my lesbian friend reads shoujo or mature straight stories with some sex scenes and she enjoys it, she's not bi without realising it because of that. That might be the case for a few people, but don't decide sexual orientations in someone else's place. You don't have to be attracted to what you read. Or else that would mean that if I read gore stuff and rape, I'm attracted to such things in real life too but that I'm in denial about it?
