I wonder what the meaning is behind what Jesse said about Rosalie? After all Law made a weird face when Jesse said that Rosalie can't seduce him. He also looked surprised when Jesse said that Rosalie is pretty. Is it because Law isn't used to hearing Jesse complimenting other people's looks? Or maybe he was surprised that he Jesse actually payed attention to a lowly servant?

Why did Law dream about Jesse saying that Rosalie is the butlers sleeping partner? Is it so he could convince himself that Jesse wasn't the one sleeping with her? I'm sure there is something hidden there but the author wasn't clear enough about it or maybe it's me who's stupid and can't analyse.

We dream about whatever we let our minds wander to during the day. Law wants to play with Jesse's consciousness/memories but hasn't been able to justify his desires so instead he dreamed about Jesse complaining about people finding about his condition and how desperate he is to keep his secret inside the mansion. He wished there was a way to erase people's memories with a press of a button.
Jesse's condition is a convenient reason for Law to create Moritat so I think the significance of this dream is that Law can use Jesse as an excuse for creating Moritat. It looks like he's already on his way to invent Moritat since we see him studying at the end.

I felt a bit sorry for Rosalie in this chapter tbh. I have a feeling she wasn't the one who put her hair under Jesse's pillow and when seeing the flashback of her laying on the floor, it's obvious she didn't seduce her master but was really raped. I think she's misunderstood because of her attitude.

I think the dream started from where Jesse was shot. On page 14 Law says that reality and dream became connected and that the dream started from when she walked in.... so I would say the conversation and stuff before that actually happened.
