Because when an omega goes into heat their pheromones affect nearby alphas, thus making them unable to think rationally. That's why alphas instinctively want to impregnate omega's because they become animals who's only purpose is to mate.
Not all omegaverses are like that due because omega's do have suppressants they can take. But most of the manga you've been reading has omega's that didn't take the suppressants that's why the alphas go into a rage and want to mate with them.
If you still don't understand I think you should read those descriptions at the beginning of omegaverse mangas ^o^
So why everytime alpha meet heat omega they instinctly want to impregnated the omegas? Every omegaverse like that hmmpp explain pls?
