I would say 18 (in France). But it depends on where you are from. The other day my korean friend told me that a new born is already one year old (in Korea). If I remember correctly, when you are 18 you are actually 19 in Turkey because you are completing your 19th year (￣∇￣")

So you will start your 20th year of life at august.
So now you are living your 19th year of life and you are 19.
If you are born in August 1998 , then your age now is currently 18 . And you are going to be 19 years old this coming August :)

Hey, just feel like asking since I had an argument about this with my mother...
I was born on 1998, august so how old am I now in current month? 18 or 19? My mother says it should be 19 but if it is 18+ then should I say I'm 18 years old or 19? Sorry for the stupid question.
