I can't speak in someone else's opinion, but for me, the reason I like yaoi is because it's something I can't experience but I understand it. Like the anal is NOT that enjoyable for a female, but regular sex is. And I hate reading a yaoi when there's a female who bully's or put down the male that would take on the "female role" because it's sad and no one deserves that treatment for simply liking someone.
