Ayase comes from a family, where is alpha dad was consistently telling him he, as alpha, should protect omegas (aka his omeba mother) because they're weak. But shit hits the fan - Ayase realized he's not an alpha, but beta and his mother is not a real mother.
So, my guess is, he's so wretched about the whole mate business because he was always shown kinda twisted love between omega and alpha. That lead to jealousy and selfhate, because as beta, he wont ever get a mate and wont be able to protect omega and shit. He raped Ogata because he reminded of his father with all the care he shown to omega, and he wanted to Ogata to look at him, to see him as more than beta. Simply said, he fell in love, but in a wrong way.
But dude, Ogata is different kindof hardcore. Kind, my ass. He's a nutjob. When he was small he was always getting into fights because he was stronger and he liked that (think to him it kinda felt like heat, but not so sure). But when he overheard his parents talking about it, he decided to play nice and haven't done shit since then. In high school he found two guys trying to rape an omega boy and got two choices from them - to rape omega, or to get beaten. So he beat the shit out of two. And I guess it felt good.
I think he was some twisted kink for violence ( he said Ayase that "correct amount of violence is right" or something like that). That's why he didn't do squat after he got raped. He kinda enjoyed that, because it was the first time he was overpowered.

As for Kamiya and president... Nothing much to say, not that interesting. President refused to bite Kamiya first, because he has some illness or whatever and couldn't become proper mate with him. Pres also invited Kamiya to work in his company so Kamiya would meet someone better to form a bond. Anyway, Kamiya was butthurt, so he helped Ayase with the rape etc... In the end, president bite Kamiya, but they have to take it slow and he has to be bitten again during the heat because of president's constitution.
