It says Monarch which means one of the most supreme beings in the manga, his position is the Shadow monarch which is announced as the most powerful Monarch type. Along with Beast Monarch and the Element Monarch the Shadow Monarch is the only monarch capable of fighting the Army of Light. I don’t wanna reveal too much lmao.
