To be honest even though each chapter ends with how many days to Ritsu fall/fall completely in love, I think they are changing together... A good example is Takano being more and more affecionate in the recent chapters...
So if Ritsu had said I love you(and fallen in love) too soon we would have how many days to Takano do the same.
Honestly I only feel he completely did it in the last two/three chapters.
