Looking a manga. Story goes like this:
A little girl is trapped in hell. There is a devil/demon (male) who takes care of her and takes her on adventures. The devil/demon often travels around to try and sell or buy things for money. There are lots of other creatures living there too. The girl was also wearing a cloak.
