In short, no but it's an open ending.

A little more detailed :

In the end Yoh is still in love with Feilong, and Feilong also has feelings for him and think about him a lot (the last line of the novel was Feilong smiling while thinking of Yoh heh), but they went their own way. Feilong asked him if he wanted to come back to China with him but Yoh refused and stayed in Taiwan. They made a promise to see eachother again one day though, so I guess it's an open ending.
