Chiwa was annoying with her constant tears, but I put up with it because the rest of the story was so funny.
You see dramatic, I see attentive and worried about minor things that seem insignificant. You see plain, I see strong and willful. You see annoying and weepy, I again see a character who cries and DEALS with it instead of JUST crying and giving up. Embarrassment is not all too bad. Some people are easily embarrassed, some not so much.
It was okay. I didn't particularly like the personality of the girl. Plain, dramatic, annoying and weepy. Just very typical for a shoujo manga. And embarrassment seems like a consistent trait in her.
