So in the manga I am searching for the uke was afraid to go all out during sex, because of a trauma he got due to his previous relationship. His partner in the past thought of it as disgusting how he enjoyed sex and the uke heard how he told his friends about it, since then he doesn't want anyone to find out. His partner now gets him to overcome his fear eventually.

The seme was unexperienced though and every time the uke said stop, he would stop, not knowing the uke is actually feeling and trying to hide it. I think, it was an advice of a friend of the seme, that made them face the trauma...

I am sorry to say that's all not it, I believe. It's more like...they already have sex, the seme is unexperienced though and so stops everytime doing somthing certain when the uke says no, since he doesn't understand, that the uke is actually feeling good etc. I think it was the advice of a friend of the seme, that made the pair confront the trauma...
