Alright this may be a bit of a long analysis and a bit confusing and all over the place thoughts but I don't think Jinha is a liar.
I do acknowledge that he was in fact making out and POSSIBLY did the no pants dance with this mystery guy. But I don't really think he loved him at least not in the level of love he has towards Siwon. I say this because in chapter 30 Jinha does say something along the lines of "I've never felt that way before" meaning that sort of loving feeling, he didn't say that to Siwon, he thought that, why would he lie to himself?
Second, in chapter 34 when mystery guy appeared in the dream where he took over Donghyun's body he told Jinha something like "it's been so long since I've seen your face like that" keep in mind Jinha looked pissed when he said this to him. I find this kinda weird I mean what kind of relationship did they have where Jinha would have made that type of face towards him? Probably not a very loving one.
Third, this one kinda ties into my second point, in chapter 35 Jinha says "I won't be fooled twice" Jinha and mystery guy don't seem to have had a happy relationship like what mystery guy showed Siwon in the dream on chapter 36.
This might be a bit messed up on Jinha''s part but mystery guy does look A LOT like Siwon could it be possible that Jinha only used him because he missed Siwon that much that he made him a sort of replacement for Siwon? But maybe if him and Jinha did have the relationship he said they had Jinha probably figured out how crazy and dangerous he is and left him? In chapter 35/36/37 mystery guy still does believe that him and Jinha still have something going on and wants Siwon out of the picture to fuel that fantasy.
I don't know though ╮(￣▽￣)╭ i might be way off, this is just my thoughts on this whole "Jinha is a liar" thing going around.
I hope you are right, I felt a bit sad when Jinha says that Siwon is the only guy he's ever loved but had a past relationship. Although it seems ridiculous to be sad over this matter, as it was a past relationship and nothing was happening when the relationship of Siwon and Jiha was developing. Though it's still somehow a bit sad hearing something that wasn't true.
Though I wish somehow since the evil guy possessing Donghyun's body, he kinda exaggerated the scenes he showed Siwon, since I think they're in the same "dreamlike" state Siwon and Jinha were in previously.
Though I really don't know much since I haven't read 31-38 sooo :(
I wish there were some detailed spoilers here I coildnt find much except the whole "Jinha liar" part
