Kuro shows his feeling toward different. There are alit of ppl like kuro who don't anything about liking/love until they experience it. There was mulitple of times he showed he care and liked her because of his actions and when she communicate with him. He started understand her more. The memory loss is bullshit honestly. The black hair gurl have no chance at all but kuro not going to give up on her
