When the priests were trying to seal Kaiser's spirit into his body, Blood being sucked into the demon abyss and Kaiser was just watching over them, I feel like he knew everything that was going on and planned it to happen that way. He drove Leo to injure Blood at that moment so he would be too weak to resist, sucked him in in order to transfer his spirit into his sealed body. Kaiser knew the spell would work in sucking the arm and whatever/whoever the arm was linked to in. Then he's going to take over Blood's body. That would trick everyone into thinking it's Blood for him to get close to Ishuca. I think it all ties into what he said to Ishuca, that in the end he will call for him. The second to last page when he calls out for Blood then Kaiser is foreshadowing it.
These are just my own predictions, NOT SPOILERS cause I'm not reading the raws.
