I don't think redhead (sorry I forgot his name) has to "mature to stand on the same level as uncle Pan"?? He has every right to act like a 20-something year old that he is and shouldn't adapt just to be with a guy 10 years older.
Honestly I don't really like their relationship and I don't see uncle Pan as having feelings for him. I like all the other couples and the story, but this couple just doesn't make me comfortable.
