I don't know about the app but it is on lezhin in english up to chapter 13 and in korean up to chapter 16.
Or more like up to 15 beacause 16 was kind of an announcement by the author or something like that.

I've used the app and was able to find it. Did you download the one from the play store or Lezhin Plus http://www.lezhin.com/en/page/lezhin_plus
The one on the play store does not have the 18+ webtoons posted due to Google's policy about apps with mature content. You can still view it if it's saved to the library on your account. The lezhin plus app can only be downloaded directly from Lezhin and has 18+ webtoons posted.
