Please help me find this manga: it's about this boy with supernatural abilities (he's like a god or something) and every chapter is a short story based on his interactions with different people. There's a chapter about the Romanov family's murder where a baby is the reincarnation of one of the family members. The art style is quite old, and that's about all I can remember.

I'm searching for a messed-up (hahahaaaaa...) yaoi one-shot which was one of many. Alright so, the "seme" (I don't remember their role but he was taller than the other I think?) was harassed in the train and his classmate (I assume was the uke... maybe) saw him. The uke promised the seme he won't say it to anyone and will try to help him (?) Turns out the uke paid some people to harass the seme because he gets turned on by that. Please help me! OTL
