I remember that this manga is about a guy (uke) who move into apartment in city for work or schooling I guess ,then to his surprise the person who share the room with him is I think his first love/unrequited love.
Oh by the way, the caretaker also lives theeeis and his partner is also a tenant too. One night the uke and
seme saw the caretaker having sex with his partner. That made them have the urge to cross the line between them.
