What sort of yaoi do you hate?
I know some people don't really care what sort of yaoi they read but there is always something you least like to read. I'd like to think I'm pretty easy-going and anything's good. However, I can not stand shotacons and student x teacher. Never. I despise it. I know some people love it, but I never will. (╬￣皿￣)凸 What sort of yaoi do you dislike? Or read the least?

Childhood/Best friends to lovers. It's just so overplayed and honestly every plot ends up the same way. Even in manga's that aren't specifically related to this theme, almost every time a childhood friend is introduced I wanna chuck myself out the window.
And I think it is mainly because most of the time it's rare for the childhood friend character...... reply
I like a good plot but sometimes I avoid those with complicated topics like a hostest uke or slutty uke tht sleeps around. And there are some like that that are written in a good way but others are just straight up annoying and too troublesome. It just bothers me. Nothing turns me off more when the uke thought that being raped by the seme is a sign of affection and just go meh with it. I’m okay with rape in stories with as long it has context like consenquences or treat it as a negative issue that moves the story, not having it as romantic gesture, bah. Fun fact, still read and enjoyed kill stalking (though i haven't read it lately and have no clue what's been going down lately, I think i read a spoiler that someone died), because its a manga you read and are supposed to find fucked up.
