That shows the number of episodes free at the moment, and the date shown there is for the most current update and the upcoming update.
I assume the date is when it became free but every date on there is for Saturday, not Monday? But, the dates are only on the free chapters.
People that have bought all the chapters say they don't know which chapters are free or not. I'm not sure if the text that states the amount of free episodes disappears when you have bought all of them but I hope this helps?
Also, there are currently 26 FREE chapters as I make this album and that is where the date stops. The locked chapters don't show any date of any kind.
