Why? -fatphobia is heavily present, but the main characters don't feed into it much ...at first. MC still struggles a lot with self confidence, but I'd say this work generally depicts a far- Eastern mindset to weight. So. There's that. Not my general cup of tea. -timeline is a bit off- we don't have the best idea of how much time is passing until later on in the work, where it slows down. -FL character development is stunted. -ML is a bit boring TBH (imo) -Pacing is super slow - Plot is pretty predictable -FL is one dimensional for the most part, cries easily at minor things -the story isn't very unique or interesting- it's not bad,but it's not good enough for me to be subscribed to this work.
I can in some degree relate to the FL, as I was 20 kilos heavier I felt like being air to people. After losing weight I have noticed the change in attitude. I also fear gaining weight all the time, IMO the FL feels genuine and some of the misunderstandings caused by the past have happened in real life for me. Females are sensitive creatures and I doubt that hetero men will ever fully understand them, whereas other women don't always either...
