It's so realistic. It tells the tale of the first Gate breakout and the realistic government and military responses of the people. It tells the origins of the Guild, first research labs and the laws surrounding them. The MC is one hell of a public manipulator, he manipulates the country into advancing into the era of awakeners.

It's good I like it. Looking forward for the future chaps.

Although this is a really great webtoon...it's so painful...like so painful to see a great story turn to shit. It really becomes so bad and so stupid really late in the story...Idk if I can reccomend anyone else to read it bc seeing such a good story rot away sucks.

It started out so interesting, with MC being a politician surviving against the monsters with allies and also an awakener, but at some point, the monsters, gate and power are just mentioned and it's completely entirely focus on politics, building image, making deals, scheming and stuffs just like how it probably would be as normal politic story

Ch 33 when things were calming down to normalcy, of course the military chief wanted more awakeners and did live experiments on prisoners and even citizens who were exposed the longest near gates
Ch 29 recap, main managed to convince the refugees and the 40 awakeners to escape out of the city and no casualties. Bc mains friend is a news reporter, he recorded main with his powers to save the ppl as a politician. Ppl see him in a good light and main shows the awakeners that there must be a union of awakeners formed and operated by awakeners so they dont be monopolized as mini armies for other ppl. They agreed as they will also be compensated and for the ppl who r just like them to survive and help rescue other ppl stuck in many cities. Now the other assemblyman gathered to discuss the rescue plan
Ch 21 main has the power to apply any power he saw or had contact with other psychics. He proposed a plan to chief but chiefs concern is how loyal the ppl with psychic powers would be bc they can use their powers for malicious deeds and no way to control them
Ch 18 after stabiling a political party to lead the ppl and calming them down to relay the next steps to barricade the monsters in the city to allow ppl to escape, main wasn't sure if psychic ppl would be a believable topic to the head leader chief. But chief did ask main about a photo from the helicopter where main and another girl were saved by flying in air. Main showed some ppl with psychic abilities that was later enhanced by the tiny blue crystals. Chief showed them that the military was also finding the crystals but didn't know what they were. Mains noona offered to be a test experiment to see what happens if she absorbs more of the blue crystals
