more like a poem that sucks but with imaging to "tell the tale" when theres no tale to be had.

Unique! The title and the story itself is a reference|representation of Sir Lawrence Alma-Tadema's painting "A Silent Greeting" (1889), in which the ‘silent greeting’ of the title is the gift of flowers that the young Roman soldier leaves for the sleeping woman. The subject was inspired by The Visit, a poem by the German poet and dramatist Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. - Info: tate.org.uk / art / artworks / alma-tadema-a-silent-greeting-n01523

Do your research! This poor woman is worried sick about the man she loves off fighting some battle that she couldn't SLEEP so when she heard he was FINALLY coming home she fell asleep. HYPNOS is the Greek god of SLEEP it even says it in the damn story just look at the top right corner of the page. This was a sweet poem but it doesn't belong here
