Someone in these comments sounds fairly bitter, and personally their attitude towards others who chose to do things they don't show their lack of respect and the strength of their bulliness. They also sound a bit misogynistic, thinking that a female who dares to love weddings is someone wrong or bad. Calm down commentor. It's just a novel. FYI poor people have weddings too. If a rich folk wants to blow thousands on a wedding. That is their business and their choice. Some females only do it once and want it to be memorable. They are not wrong cause they want that. I don't need to celebrate holidays because I celebrate life,weddings are for people who want to show off how happy,rich,successful they are,they act spoiled,greedy and have an excuse to party.It would cost $40 just to get a marriage license,better than going into debt for the sake of one huge,expensive,stupid party with someone you MIGHT stay with until death
