I think I feel soo much pain and sadness at the same time brief explanation-- uke loves seme both knew watch other since they were in school for their medical degree but uke parents died and he fall into lots of debt which lead him to do anything to keep his earning and for being unlicensed doctor he needs money for his patient to buy medicine so seme told him I will pay you each time you sleep with me in exchange you will get money over time uke never knew that seme would see him this miserable in this condition but he has no other choice but to accept seme's offer, over time uke falls in love with seme and uke knew he has to leave one day and after all when that day comes when uke leaves, he left a note in book in which both of them used to make documents into, seme found his note and rushed to uke. I hope seme and uke ends up together i liked so much one line in this manga catches my heart was when uke said-"--It should've been a sweet, unblemished memory. I am the one who created this relationship. I, in my broken existence as an unlicensed doctor. This isn't the way I had hoped we would aid each other.... But I can no longer return to being a child when it was possible to live on untainted dreams" it actually made me realise many things it was wonderful short novel + manga .
This was one of the first yaoi mangas that spoke of feelings so sensitively and beautifully. I forgot the name for a long time and when I found it again, I cried!
