Pretty decent. The male lead wasn't nearly as awful as some others I've read. The misunderstandings that ruined their relationship weren't their fault, and once they understood what happened, they stopped being cold to each other. I also really liked the fact that the female lead didn't immediately forgive the woman who effectively ruined her life.
I hate this with all my heart can't sympathize with any character. Why do I keep on thinking that she was a minor when they had first s*x? An a-hole ML (of course he is), a jerk father, an annoying sister and trashy mother.
Irritated. I really want to punch that guy. Ok let say u have no choice but cast her aside but it's not mean u to marry another girl. Hw could u do that. Is the girl married other guy to forget u. Hw shallow of u.
ML is an ass that it is illogical how MC accepted him in the end. She should’ve abandoned him too like he did to her and she deserves better than taking a man back who doesn’t trust her
The male lead had all the endearing qualities of a rich snob who deflowers a trusting teenager and then dumps her in an incredibly cruel way. She disappears and, of course, he never tries to find out anything about her. If this is romantic, I'll take a plate of hash instead.
Kitty was left heartbroken after her affair with Jake, who was far above her status. After spending their first night together, he suddenly seemed to become a different person, and then married another woman! "I'll never come back to this place," she vowed. Time passes and Kitty makes it big as an actress. However, hearing of her grandmother's death, she returns to her hometown for the first time in 8 years, only to bump into Jake! "You finally came back," he said. Jake, a man who left a deep scar in her heart... But why does her heart flutter when she sees him?
Good but unrealistic. Fictions most ofter stray those people who want to ignore reality. Can love really overcome pain and agony of being left without much explanation, miscarriage, driven out of town? Ridiculous as it may seem it did in this story. For me, love wouldn't be the driving force if the ending is followed, it would be because it'll give the best benefit, and the closure would rise an opportunity to gain a secured companion (realistically.)
I think, she must look for for someone better, in all harlequin novels women don't have pride, most of them are humiliated, but men have high, very high pride, why?
