Wow I’m kinda new to this genre but it just really resonated with me. Loved this. But you really need to be or have been a little fucked in the head to truly understand the characters and believe that this was the best possible ending.

I FUCKING LOVE THE ANIME

very rarely was this scary because there was no tension about whether theyd get hurt or survive. i think the story would be better conveyed in game form, where you can fail and lose. the conceptions of what trauma would drive someone to become a serial killer were very immature, yet i think they succeeded in being sad. i think more than horror, this is meant to be a tragedy. i was pretty captivated by the main relationship between zack and rachel. i wish we had gotten a real ending that told us whether they lived or died together.
