Mature, slice of life kind of story. I like Okada. But what bothered me a little that seme is so hooked on the line between being hetero or gay, that when they had sex for the first time and uke said "It's my first time with a man, so bear with me if I'm clumsy". And seme says "I'm the same, it's my first time with a hetero"... Hetero or not, he's still a man and you got the experience with men!! Seme shouldve been like "don't worry, I'll make you feel good" or something along those lines... And then the "let's break up, I've been thinking if it's a mistake ever since I fell in love with you"... Whattt?? How dare you say that!! Precious Okada that hasn't done anything wrong, was reflecting on himself instead... whyy you did nothing wrong!! Seme just too insecure -sigh-
There was little chemistry between the two MCs and sometimes it seemed like they didn't even like each other? It could've gone the same route as Yoneda Kou's Reply and it would've been a better romance story without sacrificing the "realism" but oh well...... i still kinda liked the vibe of this manga though. Could've been a personal bias since Hidaka Shoko's one of the very first BL mangakas i know.
yea, it's realistic and the adults are mature, but it's also kinda boring. it can touch on the issues of hetero v. homo without it being this... hard to interpret, the simplistic art style and lack of expressions don't really help either. but, maybe it's supposed to have this subdued ambiance? idk
