Based on homonymous novel by Asano Atsuko that was also adapted to anime - gogoanime.sx / anime / battery-the-animation-9o6q - and Live-action (Movie + Drama) > I liked the anime, but personally I prefer the manga adaptation. It's so much better. I totally love it, also for the art style! And there are more interesting scenes between Gou and Takumi which were left out in the anime! > Apparently the manga was to be concluded in September 2021 with the 10th vol. I'm not sure if it's really finished. In any case, I hope to read the whole story!
I don’t think this is shoujo? I thought the little brother was a girl at first bc of the tag but nope. They’re all boys. I think this is gonna be light shounen ai. I guess this is the story of how the two became a battery? Which I guess is a term for a catcher and pitcher team? I like the little brother but I have no clue what’s happening.
