I read the spoilers - seme was the one who drove uke to commit suicide in their previous lifetime. And in this lifetime he is trying to treat uke right. I don't like the plot when the scumbag is forgiven after all the mistreatment, but in this story he technically never mistreated uke in the current timeline so I guess it is ok
20ish skipped around bc it was boring. maybe bc the mc is so flat. he has no reactions to anything and doesn't do anything for himself. makes sense bc of his situation, but doesn't make him that appealing. the ml is the typical big alpha, used to be asshole, and now wants to be good.... honestly the plot is crap. i don't particularly like either of the characters, and the ml 'redeeming' himself would've been nicer to see AFTER he was an asshole first. seeing him realize, feel guilty, think about his actions, love would be more satisfying. WHY was he even as asshole. just because? mental illness? stress? nothing would justify his actions but its dull.
I don't really like this kind of troupe,, but i am hella curious about the turning point of their past abusive relationship. i wanna see what bull will the author cook.
