Nice. One of the best I’ve come across in quite a while. The FL was a strong and caring woman and the ML wasn’t a toxic cad who should have been drowned at birth. In fact, he was a real gentleman. They acted like nice, real people and the plot was decent and believable. The forgiveness and reconciliation with the parents was just right, unlike so many Harlequins where the characters being forgiven are so toxic and irredeemable their redemption is an actual impossibility. The understated quality of this manga is, in my opinion, what really makes it great. Over the top just makes romance ludicrous.
Remarkably good among these titles - the story is rather moving, it involves loss and grief (lots it) there’s a gentle mood, trust and healing There’s no ridiculous drama, gratuitous violence or stupid misunderstandings It could hardly be deep in so little pages, but it’s sweet enough, emotions are in the right place
