I still love this from before until now...

Vol 33 Ch 180
Super over Kaori hitting Ryo every two seconds. The gag got old really quickly.
I love Ryo however. More when he’s sleepy or working his skills. (Ch 39)
Ryo pushing people who get to close away makes my heart hurt! He’s so sweet. We love a man who is his own comedic relief! (Ch 94)
It only took 100 episodes but my cool Ryo returns as his romance with Kaori picks up for the first time since the time with the boy child from another country.
I never tried to speculate about Ryo’s past, I wanted to instead just read this like a mostly normal person would. Although I knew generally what was needed to complete his psychology. Child soldiers have a specific psychology and it pairs well with the survivalist part of Ryo’s story.
I do adore. I adore Ryo and all of his coping mechanisms that he developed in this mostly peaceful country. Would stand by Ryo and give him whatever he wanted. I would walk hand and mokkori with him. (Ch 115)
And everything comes full circle. The angel dust that started it all ends it all.
Every emotional scene with Ryo gets to me. Just gotta add that there. (Ch 180)

I used to be in love with Ryo in my teenage years. Rereading nowadays I find him a misogynistic pig, but still the art is beautiful and the stories are still fresh and interesting.
