Is... is it not gonna explain the mystery??? Where did the powers come from? You can just introduce a character with the same power and then not have them be relevant for half the story????

can see people's lies. sequel to count 0 interesting concept, curious how these people got their ability. it was sad about the elderly lady feeling freed. I can see how always seeing numbers above people's heads can be distracting and overwhelming, can’t even watch tv without seeing the numbers. I find the story annoying and a bit difficult to stay awake for. the second couple was an unexpected twist.
sort of wish the second couple had more to the story because it seem like the adult was taking advantage of the kids detachment from other people just so he could manipulate him into thinking he was in love with the adult but other than that it was alright not the best.
