Goku's characterization is just crap in this, he's not a hero anymore, I know he was never a hero to begin with officially but still, he is just outright annoying in this series :[...at least for the Anime adaption but now that I take a closer look at the Manga of Super, compared to the Anime, Goku's characterization seems to be redeemable, need to further read the series to figure that answer out.
