It was so interesting at first and then the storyline slowly turn to crap. Why would the uke feel betrayed knowing the seme has the same power as him? And why would the seme feel scared when the uke finding out about his family situation? Anyways, the art is so beautiful.
Is anyone not commenting on how bad his sister?! Like wtf?!!!! It really frustrates me how she's just being unaffected even when the ML was already losing his mind from not getting help he had asked so many times from her. Is that all?! No resolution for her actions?! Fck!!! I would've lose my mind as well if that's how I was treated by my only family. This gives me so much anger and hatred towards his sister and I really felt sorry for the ML. Hnnnnggg he never deserved it. He became twisted because of how his family mistreated him.
Well, I'm honestly not too sure if it was a 5 star read because although the first part was interesting, I wasn't attached to it. The plot was really interesting but I didn't really care much for the characters. The second part is where it's at! I cried when Dohyuk's family's treatment of him was revealed to Haesoo and was pretty annoyed when Haesoo forgot about their memories. The second part really went hard. Will I reread this again? No. It was a good webtoon but because it's a heavy one, I probably would never be in the mood to experience this again. It was surprising how smooth it all ended, though. There were so many subplots, I really thought the ending would just leave me with questions. But it was really nice that everything had a definite conclusion.
So, definitely more unhealthy than the other stuff I've read. I thoroughly enjoyed how posessive and protective the seme was. But it definitely strays into dangerous territory a few times. The ending was a bit flat. It didn't really feel like they truly resolved the conflict they had together, just sort of forgave it and moved on. I really enjoyed the powers and how they worked for each character. The art is pretty bad at times, kind of has that yaoi syndrome of big hands and big mouths. Overall it was a fun ride but you need to sort of turn off your brain and just enjoy it for what it is.
