I LOVE THIS. THIS IS SO WELL WRITTENED I CANT EVEN BEGIN, IDK WHERE TO EVEN BEGIN AAHHHHHHHHHH ITS SO BEATIFUL. the pacing was really good, love how the story progresses and really well thought out for each story arc. It's kinda a realistic in someways but not at the same time because I personally believe that it wouldn't be so peaceful after trying to change the culture and law like that but still, I'm glad they wrote it this way because I would love to believe that this fairytale dream land was true too. I also personally believe that the noble world is much more cut throat and that there are more consequences to courting a Knight, but I was secretly rooting for them to be tgt anyways so who cares and that was just me being nitpicky anyways. I really love each character and how well they grew and tackling how in the past, loveless marriages are common. Everything about this manhwa is perfect and I usually don't praise a manhwa that much but God damn. It left me tearing a bit at the end. It really is one of my favourite manhwas now.

I wish I could back in time and beg myself to not read this bullshit, I am so angry that I could cry right now, I thought that this would be awesome, a story with a strong FL and a not asshole Ml, but instead what I got was a greedy motherfucker that couldn't give up on his one sided love even after getting married and having 3 concubines, I dropped and peeked into the chapters more ahead just to find that the shitty bastard not only betrayed his three wife's to sleep with the female knight but it was also when she was drunk, I hate, truly hate plots where the ML sleeps with other woman and still expects something from the FL, shit I just can't beat the angry that this gave me, is not even an good angst, I can never retrieve all the time I spent reading this

ch169- made a fucking acc cause I just had to say it the ml is a son of a bitch and I fucking hate him because of this chapter so he spread rumours without her consent, undermined the happiness and life she values so much and on top of all that DIDN'T MAKE ANY FUCKING CHANGES TO THE LAWS THAT UNDERMINE WOMAN like he could of passed laws like woman can keep their last name, inherit positions but no bitch didn't do any of that cause he doesn't fucking care as long as he can marry her and get what she wants F*CK HIM

Finishing this manhwa left me with (good) tears and a full heart! I wondered how the author was going to tackle the topic of working women and marriage and it was handled satisfyingly. Despite this being set in a medieval time, the discussion of work vs marriage in regards for women is relevant in modern times. I appreciate how the author doesn’t sacrifice the development of the characters simply to have that “happily ever after”. This is one of my favorite manhwa and is deeply relevant to me as a woman. It’s not groundbreaking or extremely thought provoking but, it’s modern media that doesn’t demonize “girl bossing” or home making and embraces both roles in a palatable way! I do wish there was a little more description for the last arc that showed more details of behind the scenes of what the characters experienced. Would seriously recommend to others.

You read the ending of the story and you loved it but read it entirely for the context

It's sooooooooooooo good that made me cry and slack in my routine

It gets a bit sloggy around ch100 and there are some insane decisions made, but overall the story and characters are very well developed. Definitely a good read if you enjoy a slower pace.
