SPOILERS.

Not gonna continue after looking ahead into future chapters. Male Lead turns out to be a real jerk and then plays the pity card and of course she forgives him. Not okay with any type of two-timing, especially from a selfish jersey who didn't get his way and then finally saw the opportunity but had to lie to his family and cheat them in order to take it. Nope.
