Multiple stories, each with a plot twist at the end. MC is a hawt female version of Frankenstein. Very gory, imagine 'mad scientist performing gruesome experiments on her clients' only this time, the protagonist does so for the sake of 'helping others' and not for spreading terror in humanity.
I'm really getting into reading horror manga. From mangas from Junji Ito to stories like Tomodachi x Monster not to mention Scumbag Loser, Mantis women, and Pygmalion. Franken Fran is also another HOLY SHIT shock manga that has a unique perception on morality and introduces us to a main character who has a glow of child-like innocence and feminine charm. The moral behind each story is that sometime a helping hand is also a hurtful one and that when doctors go "outside the box" with surgery, things get FUCKING SCARY AS SHIT!!!O_O
