Some have mixed reviews about this, but some r saying the angst is good, so maybe if I have nothing to read

Do NOT let the rating fool you. The angst was solid, and the romance was PAINFUL. Although the MC was lowkey for the streets, she saw her path with the ML through til the end. The only things I wished to see more of were trauma and their kid. I know that neither the MC or ML had a perfect childhood, but damn, where were the controversial triggers other than self-deletion??? It's a 3.5 .

It has a really interesting plot and actual problems from back then are addressed. The romance is of the toxic kind that make u feel the angst. They both suffered so much it made them let each other suffer. Their character growth is amazing.

HISTORICAL, BUSINESS, REVENGE
The FL is a noble lady who falls for her music teacher (ML) even though she's engaged. But he has ulterior motives bc he hates the nobles who destroyed his family. When her family goes bankrupt and her father dies she loses everything and her fiancee leaves her. But she will meet the two men again.

I agree to this comment, the storyline was so realistic that I consider this a "slice of life" genre

i love this manhwa sm, it's realistic and the angst is so good. i love the pining, the misunderstandings and how messy it i, everything felt real and raw. it is definitely slow and with the first few chapters, the readers might dislike the characters esp the ml. both of them got amazing character development, esp the fl, it's amazing how different she is back then compared to now. i hope ppl will stick along more bcs the story's progression is amazing, definitely not like other historical manhwas

Historical romance — unlikeable ML who moves up in the world but is hated for it. FL who falls from aristocracy and we see her whole journey afterwards. Not your typical romance. Themes of revenge, class system, mourning, tragic love.

SOO UNDERRATED the story had so many ups and downs but it just served to further deepen and entangle the feelings between the characters which i felt made the story so much more interesting, if you’re seeing this comment, you should definitely read this!!

Complete NOVEL LIKE DRAMA many twist and turns … I hate you but I love you …but it was pretty good all and all they went from unrequited love to Hate to love to confused to desperately in love
