We are hostages to a pattern of unreal beauty.
It sounds cliché but "you can't love someone without you loving yourself first." it's a slap in the face of reality.

Our society induces us to feel inadequate in the face of failures, which are part of the successful trajectory of any human being.

Since we were a child we have been trained to please and satisfy others to be loved, and it is only after we receive someone else's love that we begin to feel the same way about us. Self-esteem is on an up-down, based on external evaluation and approval.

It is important to understand that feelings depend on what we think. I hope that next season she will stop sabotaging herself and realize that what she wants is inside her.

Now I want the second season to see the development of an alien (I'm intrigued)

Tbh, she...don't even help him do anything. She knows that he from other planet but still clueless Abt it. Also, he have feeling for her? They don't even have a lot of scene together..in my opinion. This story is kinda nah for me and it sad bcs we don't get character development. Oh well, continue living
