There are weird and odd stories out there. But this feels like it was made to be edgy and odd with no direction at all. Yes its a one a shot and might be made by the author to indulge a single idea that they cant expand to a series but regardless cannot deny that it seems like a sketch story you make because you're bored. Still doesn't excuse it from the fact that its terrible apart from its art
