Don’t listen to what anyone says about the art, it shows so much personality. The characters also had such amazing personalities and I absolutely adore the main characters dynamic.
FOR REAL A HIDDEN GEM- good luck finding another book to read after, I get the feeling my “reading” list is about to double…

Rushed ending but I still enjoyed it

This work is wholesome and underrated. Can't believe it's too short when I was enjoying myself with it. Didn't delve too much on the couple's stories, would like to ask for a second season focusing on that.

Interesting story told in a more western style about a human and a man-beast detectives who start to develop unusual feelings for one another.

The story is good tho the whole thing kinda complicated I just ignore some of them. Also… I WOULD HAVE love it MORE, if the top wasn’t hang up on his past, like he got a past lover who died, then keep pushing bottom away… tho he got jealous and stuff, but I do wanna see him chasing more after all that pushing away . Like he pushed, uke done so he walk out, then he got in danger and seme rescue him and make up, like no I wanna see seme suffer (he was captured and tortured by his past lover’s brother…) but not that kind of pain, I wanna see his pain when uke is not coming back to him

Can't believe that idiot was responsible for Gabes's death. I'm happy for Sloane and Dex. They are so cute together, I wanted more of their lovey dovey moments and I was also wanted more closure for the case and everything involved. This was interesting. I liked it

absolutely gorgeous art style and such an interesting plot too. dex and sloane had so much silly chemistry it made me lightheaded. the author never misses!!

Holy shit this was just incredible wow the relationship was perfect the development the way they always worked things out and talked god it hurt and it made my heart so damn full this is everything I love them so so much and I love dex’s character he’s the best it was perfect and it’s criminally short LMAO but it was paced so well and the plot was great and god I would have loved more development though idk but it still felt perfect theyre sloane and dex are just such incredible and likeable characters this was great on so many levels

Oh boy, this is the best. The banter, the dynamic. Just everything is DELICIOUS. I recommend the book series this manhwa has been adapted from as well. It's so much fun. I want to read this all over again for the rest of my life. I loved every detail: the punchlines, the plot, the flawlessly flawed characters. You never want it to end, I know I don't. This one will leave you wanting more. I would love it if this artist ever decided to adapt the next book as well because it will really wrap up the loose ends nicely. The third book starts off with an entirely new thing so it's fine if the artist doesn't do those...but the 2nd book really deserves a manhwa. Because as I said, I NEED MORE heh. Don't even contemplate y'all, just read this dammit.
