I'd give it 5 stars but vol 2 pissed me off. Hayate needs to get a grip, Alex should've died and kyouya can go fuck himself to hell and back that piece of shit should've gotten his ass lynched; got me mad af.

The ending didn't really feel like ending to me and I wanted more of the cute little brother he was adorable.

Where to begin? As most people have pointed out the story is kinda of all over the places. It seems as though the author threw a bunch a shit at the wall and kept everything that stuck, even if they weren't related. Like why aliens? Why make Hayate have this weird dislike of his brother? I mean the story points it out that he doesn't seem to care that his brother's body is possessed but then never addresses it with the character. It doesn't seem to serve as an actual flaw for Hayate to have. Not only that the aliens section of the story honestly could have been taken out. I kinda of didn't hate the dynamic between Hayate and Kusanagi. The alien shit being in is just confusing cause it goes nowhere and has no bearing on their relationship. Don't get me wrong, I like sci-fi and fantasy but it's not integrated into the story well enough here. Makes the story unbearable.
