Comments of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - Watanagashi-Hen

Ok the second arch.. let's sum it up real quick...

This time the main antagonist is just mion, we find out she has a twin sister: shion, who doesn't seem to be evil...in the end keichi is killed by mion who is currently possessed by demon (oyashiro-sama curse)...
everything goes downhill because keichi doesn't give mion the doll, mion then start to pretend to be shion so keichi will notice her feminine side, which leads to keichi getting to know shion and then on the night of the festival being swayed by her and entering the sacred shrine, from then the the plot continues with killing off the main characters, keichi noticing something is off and so on...

The twist at the end is interesting for sure, but something feels off, the "zombies" are quite off-putting since through the whole story we are made to believe that the killings are orchasteated by real people (which makes the story the more brutal and twisted) and not demons, so the main twist being the opposite feels quite disappointing, hence the three star rating

Loving the series

One of my favorite chapters in the Higurashi series. There's one scene in this that caused me nightmares for weeks.

Well..........hmmmm...wired. No,not scary,just wired. And maybe sad coz the spirit not pass away but keep hunting. Feel sad for the people who been murder and hmmmm,it wired. Well,wouldn't say THAT great reading this story. But i guess the mangaka have loss some spring to his brain???? Not scary because the girl have big boobs thought it sad the friendship end with her become lunatic.
